How accurate is this?

This calculator uses calibration data from real Delegate audits in your industry. The number is a ballpark — your actual recovery depends on your specific role mix, current tooling, and which automations you implement. The full Delegate audit gives you per-role analysis with specific tools, real pricing, and a 90-day implementation roadmap. $149.

Common questions

Where do these numbers come from?

We average tier distributions and recoverable-hours figures from real Delegate audits in your industry. The percentage of tasks AI fully or mostly handles is the same number the full audit reports, just averaged across the vertical instead of computed for your specific role mix.

Why is the range so wide?

Because we don't know what's actually on your team's plates. A plumbing shop with a heavy office-manager workload and no scheduling tool will recover much more than one already running ServiceTitan with AI receptionist enabled. The ±25% band reflects how much an industry-level estimate can drift from the real per-business number.

Does this work for industries not on the list?

Pick "Other" — the calculator falls back to defaults that sit between trades and office services. The estimate is rougher, but the order of magnitude is right. If your industry is far from what's listed (e.g. manufacturing, retail), the full audit handles it directly because it scores your specific tasks rather than relying on industry priors.

How is this different from the full audit?

This calculator is a ballpark. The full audit ($149) gives you a per-role breakdown with specific tools, current pricing, integration notes, a 90-day implementation roadmap, do-not-automate flagging with reasoning, and a vendor negotiation kit. It's the same kind of analysis a consultant would charge $5K-$15K for.
