After you complete a paid Delegate audit ($149). The audit is the foundation — Pulse keeps it current. You can't subscribe to Pulse standalone because every feature references your specific audit's roles, tools, and recommendations.

What does the quarterly re-audit actually do?+

Every 90 days we re-run your audit against the latest tool catalog and pricing data. The output lands at the same /audit URL with a delta view: tools added, tools removed (vendor closed or new alternative emerged), tools with updated pricing, and any shifts to your 90-day roadmap. You see exactly what changed and why — not a fresh audit from scratch, a refresh of yours.

How current is the monthly digest?+

Each digest covers the last 30 days of meaningful changes in the AI tool catalog: new tools that fit your verticals, pricing changes that affect your stack, deprecation alerts, and curated picks per vertical cluster. Digests arrive on the 1st of each month.

What’s in the vendor negotiation kit?+

For each tool in the Pulse catalog, the kit carries: a current promo code or "partnership in progress" placeholder, validity window, and a concrete negotiation script you can use with the vendor's AE. Initial entries skew toward generic-but-true volume-discount scripts that work at most SMB-tier vendors; specific codes are filled in as we build vendor partnerships.

What are the implementation playbooks?+

Step-by-step deployment guides for the AI tools we most often recommend — ChatGPT Business setup, AI receptionist deployment for trades, AI bookkeeping migration, and more added monthly. Each playbook is built for SMB owners deploying with at most one IT partner, not enterprise teams. Sections cover pre-deployment checklists, numbered steps, role handoffs, a week-by-week ramp, and success metrics.

Can I share the audit + Pulse content with my team?+

Yes. The audit URL is shareable as-is. Pulse-gated content (vendor kit + playbooks) gates on the audit_id, so subscribers can bookmark the gated URLs with ?audit_id=... and share them internally with anyone who has the audit URL anyway. Don't post those URLs publicly — they include the audit identifier.

How do I cancel?+

Click the "Manage subscription" link on your audit page (visible once you're subscribed) to open the Stripe customer portal. Cancel anytime in two clicks. No commitment, no minimum term.
