Who is this for?+

How long does the audit take?+
The intake form takes ~4 minutes. The audit itself is generated in another ~5 minutes. Most customers have it in their inbox within 10 minutes of starting.
What if your audit says everything should stay human?+
That happens. Every audit identifies 10-25% of tasks that shouldn’t be automated. If the percentage is much higher for your business, that’s the answer — and it’s worth knowing for $149 instead of $50K worth of failed AI experiments.
Do you implement the tools you recommend?+
Not at the $149 audit tier. We point you at the right vendors, show you the pricing, and tell you which one fits your stack. Some customers want managed implementation help — reach out and we’ll talk.
Why $149 instead of free?+
Free audits are usually disguised lead-gen for SaaS vendors. We don’t take affiliate fees. Your $149 is what aligns the recommendation with your interests, not ours.
Refund policy?+
If the audit doesn’t include at least 5 specific automation recommendations and a 90-day roadmap, we refund. We’ve never had to.
What’s the difference between Delegate and ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT is a tool. Delegate is an analyst that tells you which tools to buy and which not to. You can ask ChatGPT "what AI should my plumbing business use?" and you’ll get a generic list. Our audit scores every task you actually do, names specific products with current pricing, and tells you what to skip — and what NOT to automate at all.
What if I’m not on ServiceTitan / QuickBooks / [stack you mention often]?+
No problem. The intake captures your actual stack so the recommendations fit your workflow, not a template. If you’re on Jobber, Housecall Pro, FreshBooks, Xero, or anything else, we recommend tools that integrate with those.
Can the audit cover multiple businesses I run?+
One audit covers one business. If you run multiple, run multiple audits — the pricing is intentionally per-business so you can decide which ones to invest in.
Is the audit confidential?+
Yes. Your audit content stays with you and us. We don’t sell or share it with anyone. The only people who see it are you, anyone you forward it to, and the engineering and ops staff at Tobination who maintain the system.
Can I share the audit with my team / accountant / coach?+
Absolutely. The audit URL is shareable as-is once you’ve unlocked the paid view. Print to PDF works too — there’s a print-friendly stylesheet built in.
When can I subscribe to Pulse?+
After your first $149 audit. We tie Pulse subscriptions to a specific audit so monthly check-ins reference your actual analysis. The "Start Pulse — $29/mo" button appears on your audit page once you’ve unlocked it.
What’s coming after Pulse?+
A few things on the roadmap: industry-specific deep dives (e.g. "AI Audit for Dental Practices" with sub-specialty tooling), implementation handholding for shops that want managed deployment, and a vendor-side product that helps tool builders understand how their products are being scored.
